ABOUT TUNNEL TANK

The re-invention of the Tunnel Tank comes in a very clever little package completely transforming the Suzuki Burgman/Skywave AN 400 -- 250cc

I wanted to solve some simple issue's for my own ride regarding the central tunnel. During leans I knew I could get  lower but felt uneasy without the presence of a tank to use as  center point. I felt like I would fall through the central tunnel on leans by over leaning. Buffering through the central tunnel was also a minor annoyance so I went about sculpting a tank. It was only when I came back from the first ride I knew I had built so much more.

All Hand Made Tunnel Tanks are currently off the market .

We are trying to secure a deal with a producer as its really the only way forward.  It has come a long way from its humble beginning but I have found the perfect way to configure Tank moulds for Roto-Casting .

Any roto-casting or other manufacturer that may have a problem with the size or shape please still get in touch as I can adapt it for different processes. Roto-cast seems the obvious option though.

The Tunnel Tank holds itself inside the central tunnel using it's own force against key parts of the Central Tunnel. It takes less than 3 seconds to install or detach the Tunnel Tank and has an internal capacity  over 10 Litres.  Noise from the central tunnel, fuel pump and filter are greatly reduced as well as side wind buffering.

The same concept has been transfered to other Maxi Scooters that can accomidate a custom Tunnel Tank.

I am always looking for roto-cast companies and slimier to work with to produce Tunnel Tanks on a commercial level.

I have been in the mould making industry for many years and would also be eager to help any way I can.

Prototypes have been tried and tested, public response is ever growing and the scope within the field is evident.

I need a good team beside me to see this through - could you or your company have the solutions.
